Shipping Policy
Being the sole creator and order fulfiller behind Night Garden, I work my best to process and ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times may take longer for commissions or custom products. Once shipped, I provide a tracking number for every order, to keep you informed on when your package is set to arrive. For custom orders, I will be in touch with you regarding shipping times. All packages are sent through the United States Postal Service.

Return & Exchange Policy
My goal is that you will love your order. Due to the nature of many of my products being handmade to order, I am unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges for any custom or made to order pieces. If the item you purchased is not a custom or made to order piece, please reach out to me about exchanging or returning your product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
