What is the custom order process?
A custom order begins when you reach out with your ideas! Once you fill out the contact request form above, I will reach out via email typically within 24-48 business hours.
From there, we will communicate & work together to develop a clear idea of the painting you have in mind. Once I share concept sketches for your approval, I will send an invoice for the custom order deposit. I require a 50% downpayment for all custom work to accommodate for materials & time. Then, I will begin your painting.
Throughout the process, I will share frequent updates so you can see how your painting is coming along. This also allows for you to request any changes or alterations, as needed. Once I am finished with your painting, I will share final images & if everything meets your approval, I will send a final invoice for payment.
I can arrange local pick up between Jacksonville & Gainesville, FL, with prior approval. I also ship anywhere in the United States & Canada.

Pricing for custom paintings is based on the size and complexity of the piece.
The base price gives you an idea of the minimum a painting will cost at each size. Price will increase based on subject matter, complex details, etc. For example, a custom pet portrait with a solid color background would be closer to the listed base price, while a painting featuring multiple pets, detailed background, etc. would cost more.
I provide a detailed quote with each custom painting request. This way, both the client and artist have a clear idea of what the painting will look like, & there are no surprises with pricing at the end. My intention is to be clear & honest with the pricing of my custom work, while respecting any pre-discussed budgets or price points you would like to stay in.
Please note, pricing is subject to change. I frequently update my pricing sheet to reflect any changes. I do not honor old pricing, except in instances where pricing was agreed upon prior to a change. I will never change the cost of a painting once it is approved by the client, except where extensive changes in concept or design may take place.
