Frequently asked questions
I do my best to ship orders within 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders and commissioned pieces may take longer to ship depending on the volume of orders that I have. I will reach out to you regarding a custom order to give you an estimated shipping date. Once shipped, all orders will be provided a tracking number so you can keep up with your package while it's in transit!
Pricing for my custom work depends on the size and nature of the piece being created. Please fill out the contact form on my Contact page for further inquiry. Please be detailed when requesting information regarding custom orders so that I can provide the most accurate pricing estimate.
Delivery is available in the Jacksonville to Gainesville areas, subject to a delivery fee depending on the distance. Please contact me before making a purchase to inquire about a delivery. I will be able to waive shipping for your order and apply the delivery fee prior to your purchase. I also attend local art markets in which pick up is no extra fee. Please refer to my social media feeds to see markets I will be attending, and contact me to inquire about pick up for a market or event nearest you!
The Made to Order option is available when an original item has sold out, but I am willing to make more upon request. Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks for production and shipping, but please refer to the specific product page for a more accurate estimate.

Custom orders and products are not subject to return or refund. Please see my Commissions & Wholesale page for policies regarding custom orders.
Premade products can be returned within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. After 7 days, the product may not be returned, and the order may not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
